Efficiency through consistent organization of processes

Since 2001, the LEHVOSS Group has integrated efficient processing supported by state-of-the-art IT technologies into its specifications. Our fundamental processes such as order processing, purchasing, and warehousing, as well as production and quality management, are managed uniformly across the group, and we continuously work on improving the value chain for the customer.

Our process and IT department regularly audits our internal processes and contributes to our improvement and adaptation to new challenges through the analysis of our operational processes.

Our technological equipment is based on standardized hardware and software across the group. Our infrastructure is centralized, enabling all employees of the LEHVOSS Group to work with the same data base and provide our business partners with up-to-date information on order or stock status at any time.

We offer our customers and suppliers the opportunity to be partners in our supply chain or to use a B2B solution. Communication with our customers and suppliers is our priority. For this reason, our IT center has two parallel data centers to handle any failure. This ensures that we are always available for our customers.
