High-performance polymers from Lehmann&Voss&Co. meet membrane filtration technologies at the conference of the German Society for Membrane Technology (DGMT)

Lehmann&Voss&Co. and its cooperation partner INNOSPIRE are presenting the “ReadyMix” project.

The DGMT celebrated its 25th anniversary and invited guests to the anniversary event during the Kassel conference.

This year's DGMT conference in Kassel was held under the motto “Membrane technology: yesterday, today and tomorrow” and was the common thread running through the exciting program of lectures and keynote speeches.

The DGMT conference in Kassel on February 5 and 6, 2025 was organized in cooperation with the DECHEMA/VDI Membrane Technology group.

Lehmann&Voss&Co., an active member of the German Society for Membrane Technology (DGMT), once again took part in the two-day DGMT conference with the LEHVOSS Filtration division.

The “ReadyMix” project, which Lehmann&Voss&Co. is working on together with its cooperation partner INNOSPIRE, was presented in a series of many high-caliber lectures. The “ReadyMix” project is essentially concerned with the development of new membrane materials for innovative applications.

For the “ReadyMix” project, Lehmann&Voss&Co. is responsible for the development and production of the storage-stable polymer granulates - a specialty of the LEHVOSS Compounds division - which contain all the necessary components for membrane formation in various membrane production processes - thermally induced phase separation (TIPS), 3D printing, injection molding.

The “ReadyMix” development project is directly linked to the 'Membranes for climate' working group, in which Lehmann&Voss&Co. actively contributes its expertise on the topic of “Advances in membrane and module production (including recycling)”.

“From our point of view, this year's DGMT conference was an interesting event that offered both innovative solutions and visionary concepts for the future of membrane technology as well as a review of the significant milestones and experiences of the past years,” said Andreas Hermanns, Product Group Manager Filtration & Membrane Technologies at LEHVOSS Filtration.

The DGMT working group “Membranes for the Climate” has set itself the goal of contributing to climate protection and to mitigating the effects of climate change by further developing membrane technologies.
