LUVOMAG® magnesium oxide pastes have been an established product in rubber production for decades. Already in 2023, Lehmann&Voss&Co, decided to carefully modernize the products in line with our customers' requests in order to improve processability, shelf life and handling. For this purpose the company is investing a single-digit million euro amount at its Hamburg-Wandsbek production site, which includes both production and packaging lines.
The first stage of this investment project has now been successfully completed with the modernization of the production equipment. In a second step, the packaging line will be renewed in order to improve the current film packaging and reduce the amount of material needed. Lehmann&Voss&Co. estimated to complete this part of the project by mid-2025.
