Our application process

Your (online) application

Pre-selection

Once you have submitted your application via our online portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt, so you can be sure that we have received your documents. We always aim to provide you with qualitative feedback on your application as quickly as possible - usually within approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

Interview invitation

Interview (digital and/or in person)

If your application documents convince us, getting to know you personally is important to us right away. As a rule, we do not use aptitude tests or assessment centers – the direct dialogue with you as a person matters to us. Depending on the position and, where applicable, your place of residence, the first meeting may sometimes take place digitally. In any case, there will always be at least one personal interview on site. For us, no digital tool can replace a real handshake and the personal experience of meeting in person.

Evaluation and decision

Contract offer

During the interviews, we will already give you an outlook on when and how the process will continue. Prompt feedback and a timely decision are just as important to us as they probably are to you. At the same time, we take enough time to form a sound assessment and make a decision in favor of the right candidates. If you still have questions after the interviews, we want to answer them properly and enable you to make a good decision for yourself as well. Once we commit to each other, you will receive a specific and detailed contract offer, which we will be happy to explain fully. This gives you complete transparency, so that after signing the contract you can look forward to starting with us just as much as we look forward to welcoming you.
