JEC World 2025 – LEHVOSS Group to present solutions for the fire protection in transportation and other industries, new solutions for pultrusion. Launch of new 3D printing material product line LUVOPRINT®

One focus of this year's JEC trade fair appearance of the LEHVOSS Group are solutions in the field of flame protection. Special applications in the transport sector place high demands on the materials used. A relevant standard here is ISO 45545 for flame protection in rail transport. Here, LEHVOSS offers high quality and innovative flame-retardant solutions as well as finished materials for various processing methods. These include pultrusion, injection molding, and 3D printing.

Composite Materials

Among its offerings for thermoset industry applications like pultrusion, SMC/BMC, CIPP, RTM, winding etc., LUVOTRENT products supports with their ability to elevate fiber wetting, fillers, and resin flow, thereby optimizing line speed, and enhancing surface finish. These solutions facilitate fast, precise, and reliable production, ensuring efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

LUVOGARD products provide an effective solution for flame retardant applications. Their liquid and transparent state aids in viscosity adjustment and dosing, supporting the production of advanced materials with high flame resistance.

Additionally, LUVATINE products offer a cost-effective solution with highly functional wetting and dispersing agents. These agents improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers in resin systems, ultimately contributing to the development of efficient and high-performance products.

Launch of LUVOPRINT® - Dedicated and cost-effective high-performance materials for FGF 3D printing

LUVOPRINT by LEHVOSS is a dedicated product line of high-performing materials for fused granulate fabrication (FGF), a 3D-printing process that utilizes granules instead of filaments or powders.

LUVOPRINT materials are engineered to manufacture components, molds, jigs and fixtures in a broad range of demanding applications e.g., ranging from materials for structural applications under ambient conditions to materials for molds for curing composites in autoclaves under high temperature and pressure.

The LUVOPRINT portfolio comprises currently grades based on eco PC/ABS (excellent dimensional stability, outstanding processability, low carbon footprint), based on eco PA6 (high impact resistance, increased abrasion and wear resistance, low carbon footprint), based on eco PPS (flame retardant, high chemical resistant, low carbon footprint) and based on PESU (flame retardant, high mechanical strength, outstanding thermal stability).

LUVOPRINT materials have been specifically developed and optimized for the printing process and their performance in many applications has been demonstrated. As the transition from traditional manufacturing processes to 3D-printing can be challenging, LEHVOSS offers assistance in this process. LEHVOSS provides solutions from the material to the final product, to ensure reproducibility and cost efficiency of 3D printing in serial production. LUVOPRINT has undergone extensive testing on the most common industrial printing machines. Performance data and printer settings are available from LEHVOSS and partners.

The LUVOPRINT product line is continually expanding, with additional grades undergoing intensive testing.
